Problem: When you search for your company name on google you don't get many hits.
Solution: Create an own wiki-page! Use MediaWiki or Wikispaces and you are sure to get more hits on google when you search for your company name!
(there are more solutions to this problem, creating an own Wiki is one way to start - more will come)

Problem: A journalist calls to the office and you are not prepared!
Solution: First of all, find out if you are the right person they search before you start answering questions. If they want to talk to you, then it's important that you write down the questions on a piece of paper, if you don't know the answers you can ask the journalist to call back in 15 min - now you have a lot of time to prepare.. But don't forget to call the journalist back!
